Jeff in sales was honest with us with what our tow vehicle could handle. He even went as far as checking the truck for the tow package. Never once did he pressure us by calling or emailing incessantly. Michael was super helpful with the final purchase and the service department is top notch! Shout out to Brian and Lee! These folks are the best of the best!! They are honest... Something that’s next to impossible to find in an rv dealership. We recommend them highly. You won’t be sorry

Aaron Worstell2024-04-10I can't recommend Pikes Peak Traveland RV enough. I had an excellent buying experience with them. I feel like I got a great deal on a 2023 KZ travel trailer from them. And service has been great too. Any product can have quality issues, and this seems to be a little more prevalent in the RV industry. So it is important to choose a manufacturer and dealer that will make things right when there is an issue. After I picked up my new travel trailer, I noticed the front cap window (an automotive style windshield) had a water leak . I emailed Pikes Peak and they responded within an hour. They had the windshield in stock and replaced it the very next day. And they have been very responsive in sorting out a few very very minor issues too. Unbelievably good customer service all around!!!! It's a family owned business, and that seems to make a big difference. I definitely plan on buying my retirement travel trailer from them in 5 years or so. Highly recommended!
M W2024-03-17I stumbled upon this dealer after going to camping world and having a bad experience. My husband and I went in just to check out the size of the NO BO trailer as we were just going to rent a camper. They were busy at the time and at first they didn’t have any available sales person but said Rias would be done shortly and be out to help us but that we could walk around and look at the campers. We ended up figuring out which unit we wanted left then came back 15 minutes later after talking. Rias met with us and was very upfront and honest about what we should expect if we wanted to buy the camper. When we came back a week later to sign papers and pick up our camper Michael sat with us and was super kind to our kids and made the process simple with no hassling. We then went through our very thorough walk through with a young gentleman in the back while a very kind older gentleman chatted with the kids and gave them keychains (that was the highlight of their day and they have been carrying them around since Friday). While this was going on a third gentleman helped install stuff on our truck and get it backed in and hooked up to the camper. We did come back as we had a few other things to take care of and the service manager was kind as well. I forgot all the names but everyone was helpful and kind. We do plan on coming back for any of our camping needs. Also one of our biggest asks was that it fit in our garage. It does! Super stoked about that and we are looking forward to our first trip coming up!

R M2023-10-16Jeff was very helpful in finding the right trailer for me. The whole staff was amazing and ensured that I truly got the best price, they beat everybody elses pricing by a longshot. Jeff gave me his card and told me to contact him when I'm ready. There was no hassle, no continuous calls, and no spam emails like the other places do. During the walk through there was damage noticed so they promptly ordered what was needed to fix the problem. Through my experience I'd highly recommend Pikes Peak Traveland and Jeff as your sales representative.
